It boasts floor to ceiling windows and a unique octagon shape giving it a cool treehouse vibe.Living/Dining: The space is decorated in soothing neutral hues giving it a comfortable relaxing feel with updated appliances and fixtures. There is a sectional that seats 4 and an accent chair. As well as smart TV, bluetooth stereo receiver & 2 indoor speakers, 2 yoga mats and a variety of games. **a cream colored performance fabric sectional with pull out memory foam queen mattress (is due to arrive by the end of the summer) so the space will allow 6 people when that arrives. There is a 36" round dining table with 4 bar stools and 2 stools placed along the countertop. Outdoor: The deck has 2 seating area's. The outdoor sectional with dining height table seats 6-8 is located in a private corner of the property opposite the lagoon and golf course secluded by the trees. There is a gas grill, 2 outdoor speakers, relaxing wind chimes and a second seating area. Vintage hue string lights hang above both seating area's. Bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom Bedroom #2 has a king with seating area Lower Level: The lower level houses the washer & dryer as well as small area with lounge chairs and a smart tv so teenagers (I have one) can kick back and play video games or watch movies apart from the main living area. *There is a ceiling fan but that area does NOT have air-conditioning and can be accessed only from the ground level not the main area so not suitable for little ones or for sleeping. Parking: Parking spot for two vehicles Extra's: We will be offering 4 adult bikes (unisex), beach gear (towels, cooler, trolly, umbrella, chairs) for your convenience. Our Location: We are situated very close to the beach, nature trails, pools, golfing, dining, and all of the other amenities Seabrook Island has to offer. Our Amenities: Seabrook Island is a beautifully manicured exclusive gated resort with...... -Two world class golf courses... the Crooked Oaks course and the William Byrd Ocean Winds course. The golf center Island House features two restaurants with golf course and ocean views. (open year-round except Christmas) -Horseback riding... trail or beach. -Tennis & pickleball. -Oceanfront Beach Club- pools, grill / caf / restaurant, and gift shop. (April-October) -The Lake house - fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools *Seasonal* A Seabrook Island Amenity card is available for $33 per day (Per Property not Per Person), which gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area with a, the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have separate additional fees associated with them, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool as well as a $5 towel fee per person per day per person at the ocean club pool) A credit card can be linked to your card to allow for food, golf, and tennis purchases. Amenity cards are a necessity to access the pools and dining areas **Some guests don't get the card and just use the beach, and restaurants at Freshfields Village. The Lake House outdoor pool IS available for guests with NO extra fee's but you will still need to obtain an amenity card for access to the pool. You will need to specify on the Pre-Arrange Amenity form sent to you after you book *For Lake House Use Only to avoid paying the $33 daily fee, a $15 deposit will be taken and refunded once card is returned. *Amenities are seasonal please make sure you check 2022 hours on the Seabrook Island website. Nearby: For shopping and dining options, Freshfields Village is less than five miles north. And just 23 miles away, discover downtown Charleston for historic sites, restaurants, and unique shops. Day spa's, wineries and local farmers markets are very close by as well as Dolphin tours, boat rentals, kayaking and excursions etc. Other things to note Community Violations: The community has strict policies related to beach litter, illegal parking, speeding, wildlife abuse etc. Any infractions that may result in a violation must be paid for by your group. If there are any monies owed by your group that end up on owners account we reserve the right to collect those fee's at a later date.
