Growing up in a military family David Leaptrott understands the importance of what it means to find a new place the right place to call home. He has called many places home from Arkansas to England to Virginia to Louisiana and South Dakota to South Carolina. A few years after graduating from Black Hills State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration Management and Entrepreneurial studies David moved back to the East Coast to be closer to family and quickly fell in love with all the Lowcountry has to offer. Almost a decade has gone by since he moved to Folly Beach. Now he and his family are proud to call Summerville home.

When he isn't helping people find their dream home David can be found enjoying time with his wife Crystal their beautiful daughter Clara and their two dogs Fynn and Qi'ra. As new parents Clara is the light of her daddy's life and has him wrapped around her tiny finger. David is an avid fitness enthusiast enjoying everything from ultimate frisbee to pickle ball and loves the great outdoors!
